Mirror Gazing is an ancient yogic Device

based on the realization that energy

light from within

moves in two direction

moving outward into thinking

the eyes are blinking

causing the thought forms of our

objective

Causes the same Energy

Looking at the Mirror

The setting a Dark Room

A candle between you and the Mirror

placed in such a way that only your face is visible

in an otherwise dark background

To catch a Shadow with Movement is impossible

Who is the Subject

and

Who is the Object

The

Looker

The Ego

from the outside in

or the

Image

the Object

from inside out

 

Who is the Shadow

Who is the Real

Looking in your eyes of your Mirror Image

without Blinking

waiting for the returning light

to reveal the truth

motionless not blinking

knowing that much that whoever moves first

can't be the Shadow

 

Keeping your eyes from blinking

is in our control

the eyes might start tearing

no worries just some cleaning of ancient layers of dust

your eyes might wander of

no worries just bring them back to the eyes of the mirror image again and again

thinking might continue

no worries don't pay attention

just remember not blinking

waiting for the outgoing light

to return

 

Repeat this yogic way of looking for 45 min every night before bedtime

over a period of 21 days

remember you are gaining control

After only a few days practice you come to know

that your face in the mirror starts changing

despite your motionless

who seem completely unrelated to the face

You might even get scared of the ceaseless procession

of your unconscious faces

They all belong to you

mixed with scary faces who look at you as if any moment

they would jump out to eat you alive

all faces looking at you from within

as if what in the hell are you looking at

Around the 19th or 20th day of practicing

energy redirection

your

face in the mirror

has become such a flux of your

unconscious faces

that your own face might not show up for a long time

you might forget what it looked like

until it appears again within lightening speed

just to be lost again

Don't be scared keep looking

when there is no face in the mirror
